Development plan will see the construction of a 22-story luxury hotel-<Parkview Resort> with a total area of 780,000 square feet. It has 809 well accommodated guest room, meeting rooms, recreation and event facilities. The exterior walls of luxury hotel will be decorated with solar glass supplying electric energy, making it one of the most energy efficient buildings in Orlando, Florida.
The <Zena resort> is the second project of Orlando regional center, it is composed of Three arc-shaped buildings . Each is 23 story high rise building with a total area of 1.08 million square feet, 1,440 sets rooms. The public facilities account for more than half of the hotel’s total area, including parking lots accommodating 2,160 cars, some luxury restaurants, shopping centers, sports centers, spa and health centers, and conference center. All these upscale services will make the Zena the only 7-star hotel in Orlando
