With over 45 years of development and management experience, Northern Star Realty NY LLC came to be known as a successful real estate operator in the New York City area, before expanding into the central Florida market. The company acquires, designs and develops commercial and residential projects in New York State and Florida State area. Northern Star Realty NY, LLC currently assists with the operations of eight properties, including commercial building, retail spaces, hotels, apartments and condos, whose totals assets are valued at over $ 152 million.

ParkView Resort is designed by two well-known architects, Tim Baker and Jim Hall. Tim Baker has expertise in hotel designation and has participated in and contributed to the designation of several top-class five star hotels and resorts in the world. Jim Hall has expertise in large project planning and design. For example, he has contributed to the planning and design of Disney and Universal City.
