《Parkview Resort》，the first project of Orlando Regional Center, is a brand new modern hotel built on the same site of the old one which will be removed soon. The new hotel has been designed by Tim Baker and Jim Hall, both of them  are well-known Architects. The hotel has a usage area of 780,000 square inches, a height of 113 m. It contains 22 floors are accommodated 809 rooms. The component of the hotel floors from the first to the fourth floor possesses 300,000 square inches, is an all-around multifunctional comprehensive service buildings. The exterior walls are designed as heat-insulting solar glass screen walls. The solar energy is transferred into electric energy supplying repeatedly to the hotel. Indoor-temperature is maintained a constant level through the Groundwater Circulation System.  The deputy house hotel is built as a four-levels parking garage, on the top of the parking garage are a beautiful garden and an exterior swimming pool. The entire hotel is equipped a state-of the-art electronic and network management system.《Parkview Resort》will definitely be the new landmark buildings in Orlando.
