Jessica has strong cohesion and execution. She has accumulated more than 25 years of rich experience in market management and marketing. In the past decade, Jessica has participated in the United Nations Women's Conference and has also helped outstanding women elites and female entrepreneurs from China and Japan attend the United Nations every year. Is responsible for the Orlando District Center - Royal View Garden investment and immigration project.

Alice Cheng:
Business Planner; Senior Technology Consultant; General Manager of China Science and Technology Trade and Investment Group Co., Ltd.; President of International Chain Store Management Association.

Alice has strong leadership, organizational and coordination skills. For more than 20 years, she has in-depth understanding and rich experience in project marketing and promotion, with keen market insight, resource coordination and interpersonal skills.

She has been invited to the United Nations Conference on Women and other international conferences many times, and has established good, innovative, and cooperative relations with domestic and foreign governments, financial enterprises, and other institutions. She is currently in charge of the Orlando Regional Center - Royal Park Immigrant Investor Program.

Jessica, Alice and Kevin work together with an experienced team of professional immigration lawyers. For more than ten years, they have successfully recruited a large number of overseas EB-5 investors.

As Asian countries prosper, more and more high-net-worth individuals plan for their children and families through the EB5 program. This has created a huge investor market.
