The development plan will see the construction of a 22 story luxury hotel. Total of 780K square feet. The Parkview will have 809 well appointed guest rooms, meeting and banquet space as well as recreation facilities.
The exterior walls of the luxury hotel will be decorated with solar glass supplying electric energy and making it one of the most energy efficient buildings in Orlando, Florida.
The seven-star 《Zena Resort》 is the second phase of the regional center project. Its design has just finished, and it will be built on the original site of the present hotel.
Zena is derived from the Chinese character “Zen”, indicating an oriental philosophical concept. The design of the hotel is based on the notion of "Zen". A large pond dotted with bamboo surrounds the hotel, which are all reflected in the glass curtain walls of the hotel, integrating the sky, the building and its decoration into one piece. All will make the resort become a more natural, detached place for vacation and meditation at the time of enjoying seven-star service.
The 《Zena Resort》is composed of three arc-shaped buildings,Each is 23 story high rise building with a total area of 1.08 million square feet, 1,440 sets rooms. The public facilities account for more than half of the hotel’s total area, including parking lots accommodating 2,160 cars, some luxury restaurants, shopping centers, sports centers, spa and health centers, and conference center.
